i bought micromax ph. canvas 3d a115 of 10,000 rs and i paid 500 rs extra for cover,they guys did nt tell me dat it will be relaced within 7 days only and its not written anywhere in terms and conditions.i bought this phone on 11 june and i used it only for 4 days and i found dat it takes 15 hrs to charge battery and if even i am not making any call or not using ph. still phone is getting switched off within 2 hrs.i spoke to shopkeeper than he didnt response and when i spoke to service centre people in laxmi nagar they said we cant do anything and when i asked that when can i come to service centre dan they are saying dat we are busy till 3 weeks so visit after 3 weeks.i have been fedĀ up now

    We have bought a funbook of micromax in 2 month their is a problem in funbook, we give it to repair in warranty period on 9th of Jan’14 today it is 28th Feb’14 still I have no reply on mail only they have auto mail for reply I make them many complaints but they never listen any thing even they r not bothered of consumer forum or any type of legal action truly a fraud company,for this reason in India foreign company took place.
